My husband and I recently visited the Fairfield location to look at artwork. Although we intended to purchase only one piece, we ended up leaving with four pieces of art and several sculptures. Our salesperson, Scott, was exceptionally courteous and patient. He went above and beyond by helping us load our car twice, taking measurements to ensure everything would fit safely, and verifying we had the necessary hardware to hang the pieces. He made the entire experience seamless and easy for us. We are very pleased with our purchases and the service we received. We would also like to note for other customers that items purchased directly from the showroom are final sale without exceptions.

I just received my new home office furniture, manufactured and crafted by ALF Italia and purchased through Creative Furniture Galleries in Fairfield, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The furniture is absolutely spectacular—elegant, beautifully designed, and crafted with exceptional quality throughout. The Italian lacquer finish is stunning and reflects the outstanding workmanship for which ALF is known. A special thank you to Scott Ratner, who guided us through the entire process. He helped with our selections, ensured accurate measurements, and coordinated delivery flawlessly. Thanks to his attention to detail and professionalism, everything came together perfectly, and the furniture arrived much sooner than we expected. The delivery team was equally impressive—professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. They handled everything with care and made sure we were completely happy with the placement and setup. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for beautifully crafted, high-quality furniture backed by exceptional service, I highly recommend Creative Furniture Galleries.
