Mattress Firm 75th Street

I walked into Mattress Firm on 75th st hunched over in agony from a mattress I had bought from another MF store a week ago. My husband and I wanted to exchange it did not want to wait another day. Wallid was there to help. Wallid is extremely Knowledgeable , Explained our situation and the medical issues my husband and I have . Wallid Did not waste our time showing us 10,000 expensive mattresses. He understood our needs showed us three beds that would be ideal for us. Did not brow beat us into Buying an expensive Bed that we both could not use. Wallid found us the perfect bed! We Are over a week out now, and I am walking upright again and sleeping through the night!!! Wallid even found us the perfect pillow by having us try it out with the Mattresses we had chosen. Bingo!! Who knew a pillow on the right mattress could make such a difference?! Having plates in my neck, it was a game changer!! I Highly recommend Wallid at the Downers Grove store on 75th st Thank you Wallid my husband and i have our lives back!!

Wallid (goes by Wally) is what I would call the Master Yoda of beds. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had without ever being pushy. We were not planning on buying a bed from his store, but his patience, honesty, and no pressure approach completely changed my mind. I came in wanting top of the line, and he encouraged us to consider options that made the most sense for our needs, making sure we truly understood the differences so we could make the right choice. He was one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I have ever encountered, and you could tell he truly cared about making sure my fiancé and I ended up with the right bed. He also assured us that we were not on our own after the purchase and that he would continue to help if we needed anything. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. We were even able to get next day delivery on our new bed. In my past experiences with mattress shopping, salespeople tend to be very pushy and rely on a rehearsed pitch without being able to explain why one bed is actually better for your body and needs than another. Wally was the complete opposite, and that made all the difference. If you want someone who truly has your best interest and your sleep in mind, go see Wally. Five Star service 100% 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wallid was excellent in helping us find the perfect mattress. We would highly recommend him and Mattress Firm to all our friends and family.
