We went to Mattress Firm because of the Memorial Day Sale. I was not disappointed! Our new mattress comes this week. The best part was our salesman, Darviet. He was knowledgeable, funny, and let us hop mattress to mattress asking questions. It was a great experience.
View on GoogleGood morning Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful. Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted . Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer. Thank you Enjoy your day
View on GoogleDebbie is the best customer associate I have ever dealt with; and I am 71 years old. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, personable. She went out of her way to explain things and she actually made buying a mattress fun! She also went out of her way to get me the best deal possible. I could not recommend her enough!
View on GoogleI had a great experience with Debbie in Downers Grove location- never been there before and she helped me find a mattress I could take immediately as I unexpectedly have the need from a visit in my home. She was so efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get this done and feel confident in my purchase. So kind, so compassionate and just wonderful!
View on GoogleMattress Firm has great options and it’s wonderful that they will match a future sale price for a few months. But what (who) truly impressed us was Cesar, who was covering from another store. He was incredible knowledgeable about the products and, while we were not planning to purchase a mattress that day, he sold us without what felt like no intention to “sell” to us. 5 star employee that the company is lucky to have!
