Hudson's Furniture + Mattress

We have enjoyed many shopping experiences with Hudson's, but some days are even better than others. Today was one of those. Every person is the store was polite, engaging, helpful and professional. We found some quality items at reasonable prices that were perfect for what we needed. Home run all the way around! Our Design Consultant, Jessie Aponte was fabulous and the store manager, Evan was equally so. It was a wonderful shopping experience all the way round!

The staff at Hudson’s furniture in Sanford is phenomenal. They are so warm and helpful. They took individualized time with my husband and I to help us find a sectional for our family room. Brett was outstanding through every step, helping us find a great piece within our price range. I would highly recommend visiting them if you are looking for modern pieces for your home. After spending so much time looking at other places, I’m glad I landed there.

I’ve purchased a house full of furniture from Hudson’s with the exceptional help of Evan Hill. The hurricane wiped us out, so we had to start from scratch. All of the furniture was purchased through Hudson’s. 5 star 100%. Great products, service and price…thank you, Evan!

My friend and I just popped in at Hudson’s Furniture to just look. 👀 We were greeted by the best associate I have ever had the pleasure to work with, Greyson Brown. My friend explained what we were looking for and he was not only helpful but polite and professional. Greyson helped us with color swatches and even assisted us in measuring to ensure it would fit. The entire process was without pressure (unusual experience) and delightful. Needless to say our looking turned into a purchase of new living furniture and greatly due to the great service, honest answers, and above and beyond assistance given by Greyson Brown. Thank you Hudson’s for such a welcoming experience.

We recently purchased furniture from Hudson’s, and while the in-store experience was great, the delivery process has been extremely frustrating. Bret, our salesperson, was kind, helpful, and did everything he could to assist us. He made the purchasing process smooth and even tried multiple times to get management involved when issues came up. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, nothing was resolved. The delivery experience has been nothing but a headache. We were given a delivery window of 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but by 3:00 PM we were told the delivery would not be happening that day. We were also told the drivers had arrived at the apartment community and attempted to contact us; however, they never called and did not leave a message. The front gate guard confirmed the truck did come—but the drivers never got out or made any real attempt to deliver the furniture. We had to make several calls just to get basic updates, and no one could provide clear answers about the delivery status or rescheduling. Our schedule, like most people’s, is very busy, and we made arrangements to be available—only to have our time wasted. As of now, we are on day four and still waiting for our furniture, hoping it will finally arrive. While Bret provided excellent customer service, the delivery coordination and communication have been extremely disappointing and need serious improvement.
