Jerome's Furniture & Mattress Store-Laguna Hills

I went to Jeromes today in search of a comfortable sofa and was warmly greeted by Joseph, who gave me a tour of several different options after I told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of all of the products, corteous and had excellent communication skills, answering all of my inquires with patience and professionalism. I was able to choose a great piece of furniture, and I am thankful to have been met with a commendable level customer service from this establishment. Thank you Jeromes!

We walked in last night. Joseph was our Sales man and he was professional, kind and helpful. I bought a dining room table and 4 chairs and he made it easy. I loved that they had the white glove delivery so soon before Christmas. Joseph was the best. Best furniture transaction.

We wanted to replace our mattress. We were immediately assisted, encouraged to try out a variety of mattresses. There were many available in the showroom. We selected one, were advised on availability and delivery options. We completed the purchase. The mattress was delivered, set up in bedroom and the old mattress removed. Everything was done professionally and with care for our furniture. We got exactly what we wanted, quickly with no muss or fuss. Couldn’t ask for more.

Joseph was my sales rep. He was truly very accommodating and helpful. He knew his stuff. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise sold at their store. And I truly was pleasantly surprised that Jerome’s in my neighborhood has a lot of stuff that are essentials in every household. And their merchandise are very reasonably priced, with quality appearance and looks. I wish I had gone to this furniture store in my neighborhood before I bought some of the household stuff I just did. However, the next time I need any more furniture, I definitely will go again to Jerome’s. Besides, with Joseph as their sales rep who was a very attentive sales rep and very helpful, any client would be encouraged to shop there again.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Hunter was incredibly helpful throughout our purchase, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service!
