Excellent experience and prices at Living Spaces. I had an amazing interior decorator (I believe Rico was his name??) helped me pick out my new living room furniture. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also their prices are some of the best, I shopped around at four other places first before deciding to go into living spaces and I sure am glad I did.

What a complete disappointment... Our in- store experience was fine, the delivery was a complete disaster. We had advised the sales rep that the delivery would be a bit tricky due to the Incline of our driveway in La Mesa. He assured us it wouldn't be an issue. On the date of delivery (today) we were told by the delivery drivers that the truck should have been a small box truck and that they would need to reschedule delivery. My pregnant wife and I were banking on this delivery happening and we had just donated our furniture (this morning). Having no bed or couch to sleep on, we have been on and off the phone with customer service (Colin), third party dispatch, customer relations (some rude call center manager) , and trying to get ahold of management (which we were told to speak to a manager at the store is literally impossible), and it has been the biggest hurdle just to get a response with this maze of communications, that don't seem to lead to a solution. We are livid and couldn't be more disappointed... The truck left after one attempt of half-assing their way up the hill and them being on hold with Living Spaces Dispatch for 30min. They had then informed us there is nothing they can do, closed the door, and drove away. I would rather them had dropped the items off and I would have carried it myself. Apparently they didn't have the "Clearence" to do that, even though we are the purchasers of the furniture. Would happily give 0/5 stars for our experience today, but unfortunately that's not an option. We are still trying to find a compromise to the situation as of today 2/17/2026 for the order placed on 2/11/2026. The photos are of how our space looks, without having anything that was assured to be delivered, delivered.

I think Living Spaces is pretty good if you set your expectations accordingly. This is obviously not your Ethan Allen or Pottery Barn. This is a very value/based, high selection type of place. If you are familiar with Jerome's it is kind of like that but in my opinion just slightly better. Some of the sales people are a little better than others. Some are quite knowledgeable while others you can actually find things better online yourself and ask one of the associates. However they are all at least friendly. Some of the furniture can be custom ordered with your fabric and color others only come in one or two colors. They have a good delivery program for most of San Diego. We recently purchased three pieces, a sectional, an accent chair, and a mattress. We already received the mattress and everything from the ordering to the delivery was very smooth with no hiccups You definitely cannot beat the selection. Just keep in mind the five stars is not necessarily about furniture design or quality - I rated it 5 because you are getting a good value for what you pay for and you have terrific selection and variety. But this is not an upscale place.

We could not have had a better experience with Living Spaces. Everyone in the show room was beyond friendly and helpful. We were originally just going in for a new bed frame, and ended up with 2 night stands, a dresser, and a desk! The communication from the delivery team was also on another level, providing real time updates on when they would arrive. I would recommend Living Spaces to anyone and will definitely be going back for any future furniture needs.
