Jordan's Furniture South Portland, ME

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new kitchen table, thanks to my sales representative, Sarah Leach. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Sarah took the time to understand my budget and what I truly needed, and she guided me with care—never once making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Her professionalism, warmth, and sincerity made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for the thoughtful support she provided. Highly recommend working with Sarah!

I have furnished my living room with Jordan’s furniture and every delivery has been on time with a highly professional crew. The quality of the furniture is good for the price and I have enjoyed working with Carmen in South Portland in selecting 10 different pieces for my new home. She shows me things that fit my aesthetic and gives me an honest opinion. Every purchase has gone smoothly and the communication has been great! They really go above and beyond to help making the experience positive.

So many great options in the store — and even more online! The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to work with. We quickly found exactly what I was looking for, and I can’t wait to use it as the centerpiece in my living room for a TV stand and extra storage. Great experience from start to finish!

Showroom is extensive. Michelle was extremely helpful, pleasant, and very low pressure. I’ve worked with her twice now and have been very happy with the service. The counter stools I got are exceptional in quality and comfort. Really good value.

Excellent customer service. Our sales consultant Sandra Gonnella listened to us and answered all our questions. She was fantastic. We ordered a couch and chair in a custom color and went with an old school manual lever instead of a power chair. Looking forward to having it delivered.
