Mancini's Sleepworld Petaluma

Mancini Sleepworld in Petaluma took great care of me. Shout out to Lou E : Mattress Specialist. He truly is a specialist. Walked in, asked a few questions. Out in 20 minutes with the items I wanted. Will be delivered & setup in 24 hours @ my home. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Having multiple mattress brands and firmness to try really assisted in making the purchase of buying a new mattress easier. The salesperson Teddy was absolutely great. He listened to our wants and needs and was able to suggest different mattresses for us to try. Would definitely recommend Mancini’s.

Lou was attentive from the moment we walked into the store by greeting us with a smile even when on a call. Thereafter he engaged us in conversation on the size of the mattress and firmness needed. While still undeceive on a mattress, Lou did not disappoint. I found a great mattress similar to my last one but at a great price within my budget and on sale. Thank you, Lou!

At .ancini's, Teddy listened to what I needed in a new mattress. (Because of mobility issues, I couldn't go into the store, so needed to buy my mattress over the phone.) Teddy asked if he could organize a few options, then call me back.. And he did! Teddy was friendly, respectful, knew his stock. I feel confident about my purchase. Thank you, Teddy!

I CANNOT even begin to explain how wonderful Lou was with working with me. I bought TWO Beautyrest Black mattresses. I never leave reviews but I left feeling so happy! What I appreciated was Lou did not push me to buy the most expensive mattress. He had amazing customer service and very easy going. Definitely recommend going to Mancini’s in Petaluma.
