Mattress Firm Happy Valley

When I walked into the store, I sort of knew what I wanted, but I also had a lot of questions. Josh, the sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I’m in my 70s and it’s not often an elderly woman with a walker is treated with respect. Josh made me feel like his equal and by the time I was through shopping, I was confident he gave me an excellent and fair deal. My payment transaction took a little bit longer, and he was very patient and understanding. Folks, if you want someone who cares about your mattress and comfort needs, go see Josh at the Happy Valley Mattress Firm.

Shawna was an absolute superstar and was able to find a mattress that both fit my budget and my needs. She just happened to know of two mattresses that were extremely discounted due to ordering errors (they were meant to be store models but were the wrong size to display) and she let me try out their in-store equivalent and pick the one that worked for me! I found her to be knowledgeable, respectful, charming, and ultimately very helpful. Very excited for the new mattress to arrive!

Gracie was very helpful, informative, and patient while we decided which mattress was best for us. She was not pushy, did not try to oversell, just made us feel comfortable while we bounced from bed to bed. The checkout process was easy and didn't take too much time. Appreciate the quick next day delivery as well! We are very excited for our new mattress!

My boyfriend Daniel and I visited Mattress Firm just to browse, not planning to buy, but Laura made the experience so easy and enjoyable that we left with a new bed. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the different mattresses and types. When the bed we originally chose turned out to be unavailable, Laura — even on her day off — went to the other store to double-check availability and then called us to make it right. She invited us back in and helped us find a different mattress that may be an even better fit. If you meet Laura, you likely won’t leave without a great option and most likely a hug.

Laura and her manager were the reason why I bought from mattress firm today. They were helpful, knowledgeable and really heard me when it came to product and price that I was trying to find. No sales pressure, all detail and product knowledge is what Laura provided and I appreciate that. Would recommend and buy from them again.
