Mattress Firm Tribeca

I'm thrilled to share a positive review for the Mattress Firm store in Tribeca--a well-appointed neighborhood gem with an impressive range of options. Recently, I purchased a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress along with accessories, and I received excellent service and advisory from Jodi and Dylan. Initially, the mattress I wanted was out of stock, but Jodi and Dylan were patient, communicative, and "kept it real" - at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. About a week later, when the mattress finally became available again, they reached out right away and worked with me to arrange a safe and timely delivery, even accommodating my hectic schedule. Throughout the entire process, they remained fair, objective, and incredibly helpful. Purchasing a mattress can feel overwhelming--"analysis paralysis" is real--but thanks to their guidance, everything went smoothly. If you're in the market for a mattress, I'd gladly recommend this Tribeca location.

i had an amazing experience at this mattress firm back in April with Reginald. i had previously tried a different mattress firm and had a bad experience and i decided to try again and im glad i did. i had been suffering with poor sleep on a firm purple mattress i purchased online and Reginald was extremely helpful and kind. i didnt feel pressured nor rushed to buy anything. i was able to feel out and take my time on the mattresses in the store. he even put out the plush purple mattress that was previously wrapped away as i wanted to try it. i left with many options of what i wanted in a mattress. i eventually ended up going with the iseries 2.0 Hybrid 1000 12’’ medium mattress and its AMAZING! i no longer have any pains when i sleep and actually feel well rested. thank you Reginald! ♥️

Destiny was amazing! She helped me find the perfect mattress and was super patient even though I didn’t know much about mattresses. She was really friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, made the whole experience so easy and comfortable!

Shopping for a mattress can feel overwhelming, but working with Kendra at Mattress Firm completely changed that. She was patient, thoughtful, and truly an expert in the field. Kendra took the time to walk my wife and me through all of the options, really listening to our needs, and guiding us toward the perfect mattress. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge made the process not just easy, but actually enjoyable. Honestly, I wish we had more bedrooms just so we could buy more mattresses from her. Kendra is a true professional and a gem. If you’re in the market for a mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for her.

I had a fantastic experience working with Mattress Firm Tribeca and specifically, Kendra. She was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. The delivery team was professional, kind, SO quick, and very thorough. They were in and out in minutes and took away the old mattress as well as the plastic and trash. Communication around the delivery process was flawless. Would recommend to anyone!
