Sleep Number

My husband and I visited Sleep Number while they were having their Labor Day sale. We visited the Norterra location and we were greeted and helped immediately by Marie. She was lovely and informative. She answered all our questions, wasn't too pushy, and gave her honest opinions when we were comparing beds. It was one of the easiest shopping experiences we've had, even with checkout and financing setup. We were in and out fairly quickly with our bed delivery scheduled for the following week. I can't wait to try out our new bed and get some restful sleep! :)

Jay at the Sleep Number Store on Happy Valley Rd. in Phoenix was awesome. If you are thinking about buying a sleep number bed, go see Jay. He is pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. And there was no pressure in buying even though we did buy a new bed.

Great experience at the Sleep Number Norterra location ! Cindy the manager and the staff are all very friendly!! Barry gave us a detailed demonstration on the various beds available for great sleep. We did purchase one of the many comfortable beds there … Sleep Number sends reminders on a regular basis of your delivery and confirms your address to assure a smooth delivery . Day of delivery you receive a notification of the technician’s location and expected arrival which they were on time . Set up is efficient and all around a great experience! Love my Sleep Number bed and very impressive all around customer service !

We had a good experience here while looking for a new mattress. Kassie to the time to help my husband and I find our sleep numbers. We tried 3 different mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed our experience and we are considering buying a mattress from sleep number.

Beyond awesome experience working with Aaron at this location. The pressure to purchase something was literally non-existent with him. He took his time and was great helping us learn about the functionality and benefits of each bed option, while also answering all our questions. He was in general very laid back and super personable, which is ultimately what made this so positive. We did end up making a purchase well-beyond what we originally intended because, but have no reservations or regrets whatsoever as of now. Waiting on assembly and delivery of our bed, but could not be happier overall thus far. Will come back and update after bed delivery and some time to use the product. All that said, highly recommend this location and Aaron specifically for a great introduction to Sleep Number products and no-pressure experience.
