We went to the Crossroads location on Cary, NC to buy a Tempur-pedic mattress. Davone was very nice and helpful. He explained the difference between the mattress models, and would give us time to lay on each one for a few minutes and try and retry our favourite ones so we could make our decision without being rushed. Since this brand didnt have a huge % off, he gave us a couple of free pillows, and mattress cover and gave is a decent discount on the adjustable base. Mostly we appreciated that he did not overwhelm us with extra unnecessary info and let is take our time.
View on GoogleWe went in Mattress Firm to buy a pillow for my husband. Knew it would be more expensive than Homegoods, but when we went there, he couldn’t feel or try them out. He put his head on 3 different pillows at Mattress Firm and found the perfect one for him. He is so happy! Steve was great to work with!
View on GoogleI had an outstanding experience working with Steve at Mattress Firm in Cary, North Carolina. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. Steve took the time to explain the differences between options, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. His knowledge and customer service were top-notch, and I never felt pressured at any point. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you sleep better and making sure you’re comfortable with your purchase, Steve is your guy. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleExcellent service. All my questions answered. Very personable sales rep. He helped me zero in on exactly which mattress would best meet my needs. Free delivery & takes away the old. Fabulous!
View on GoogleMy wife and I’s experience here was quite frankly impressive as hell. Davone was welcoming, patient, understanding, and gave us all the space we needed to make sure we were happy and confident in our choice. He walked us through the financing options, the advantages/disadvantages to each different kind of mattress they have, and even advised us on what to prioritize with our budget and our current lifestyle. It was truly a no-pressure, no judgement, at your own pace sales experience. I commend him as a manager and a salesperson on his ability to make customers feel taken care of and heard. Next time you need to replace literally anything in the realm of sleep, I can’t recommend this location enough.
