This is the second time we have purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from the Mattress Firm at Cary crossroads. Danielle has taken great care of us each time and worked hard to find us the perfect mattress. She has gone above and beyond! We are now spoiled, and I would not buy a mattress from anyone other than Danielle.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Best. She was amazing gave me a presidential sale deal! Literally walked in the store to site see and walked out happy and purchased a purple bed! Thank you for your patience with me today and being so attentive to my needs. I can’t thank you enough such a blessing and I hope everybody gets to experience Danielle. She will not disappoint you!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and assistance at this location. Alton was very knowledgeable and engaging, helping us find the perfect mattress. I never felt pressured to purchase anything; instead, I felt confident in the selections available at this store. I would highly recommend stopping by if you need a new mattress. All the staff seem great, but if Alton is around, I would definitely speak with him!

Both Danielle and Alton are very professional and with a very personable warm personality. Danielle is very knowledgeable as well as accommodating in helping find the mattress of your choice, no rush and answers all questions. It is a pleasure to shop at the Cary crossroads location, especially for such a difficult personal purchase.
