Rooms To Go

Our salesman Damon was amazing. He listened to our needs and spent about an hour thinking through and showing us different options that might work in our place. He was very patient and helpful. We ended up purchasing a sofa table and a cocktail table. He really made it a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit the Cool Springs TN location.

Your sales rep Larry Levy was outstanding! He went above and beyond. Rooms to go is lucky to have such a high caliber individual. I will recommend and refer individuals to your store and will be passing on my great experience to family & friends. Thanks again and praise and cudos to Larry Levy! Sherry Ambs

Great experience - my husband and I walked around to explore all of the options and staff were very friendly and respectful. Once we were ready to make a decision, we sought out the first person to offer help, which was Dustin and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helped us make all our final decisions and ultimately get what we were looking for. #catsrule

Larry was absolutely wonderful to work with. He gave us space and time to look around and weigh out our options. When it came down to purchasing what we wanted he was professional and fast! We enjoyed our visit at Rooms to Go because the employees aren’t pushy and they don’t pressure at all. Prices were so much better than other local furniture stores. Will be purchasing from them again in the future! If you go ask for Larry is was awesome!

I had a great experience working with Larry Levy. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the couch selection process, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. His knowledge and patience really made the decision much easier. I’d also like to appreciate the manager, Daniel, for running such a supportive and customer-focused team. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I would definitely recommend them!
