Sleep Number

We had a great experience at the Westport store. Abraham was very personable and knowledgeable about all the beds’ features. He’s excellent at sales without any pressure tactics. He returned our phone calls promptly and was patient while we figured out the bed that would be best for us. He really tells it like it is. We now have bought 2 Sleep Number beds from him. One for my daughter and one for us which will be delivered soon.

Abe and Russell (and Chris) have been wonderful, knowledgeable and professional (not to mention patient!) with our multiple visits and assisting with our decision-making. We have already sent our appreciation to our friend who is on the Sleep Number Board, touting the Westport Staff! Excellent service and highly recommend!

Russ was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He completely explained the difference between all the different beds and the Technology behind them. I think we found the absolutely perfect bed for both my husband and I and we are thrilled. Can’t wait for it to arrive . I highly recommend this business and this location.

Abe and Russell in the Westport CT store were excellent when we went to purchase a new bed. Everything was easily explained and demonstrated and the experience was also fun! This is my third Sleep Number purchase. Two systems for guest rooms and one for the master bedroom. These guys are the best!

Russ and Abraham were incredible and the reason we came back to purchase our new mattress this past weekend. We selected this mattress because of its high rating by Consumer Reports. Westport showroom immaculate and has many models to try out. Sales staff very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of solid information enabling us to select model we did. Can’t wait to have it delivered!
