Saatva

My husband and I had a very good experience at the Saatva in Westport, CT. Chris described each mattress which coincide with my research I particularly liked that there were two of the classic beds in the showroom, but one was new and one had been broken in. That is what ultimately made our decision. Chris also didn't try to upsell us. We particularly appreciated this. Showroom and beds were clean. Easy location off major roadways.

Buying a mattress is an overwhelming experience with websites and various options, however, Sal at Saatva was amazing and walked me through all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy unlike other places and I felt 100% confident with my purchase. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and lots of attention to details. Thank you to Saatva of Westport for making it an enjoyable experience! You made the 3 1/2 drive well worth it!

Re: Westport Store Beautiful showman with lots of beds and accessories to purchase. Sales people are engaging and know the merchandise. They readily prepare you to have the experience of trying various mattresses using personal 'covers' to lie on for your own covid era protection. This store is very modern with two floors, bathrooms and sitting areas. All in all it was a really good experience: buying a mattress is not easy, but here it was easier. They have a great mattress try-out program.

As soon as I walked in I knew I had come to the right place. The show room was beautifully set up for easy comparisons. With just a few questions we were shown the options that fit my profile. After the opportunity to ‘try’ the beds our decision was quick. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable making this whole experience very nice.

Went to look at beds and were helped by the store manager, Iranie. Her product knowledge coupled with her excellent customer service are the reasons we bought a bed today. She answered all of our questions and was patient and not pushy. We had a great experience.
