She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the mattress and adjustable base we are super excited about. We went in unsure, but we left extremely happy and confident. We were laughing and having fun the whole time while learning about the power of sleep on a proper mattress. Delivery and setup being free and the payments being so affordable, I don’t know why we didn’t hop on this sooner! We went with the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt queen mattress on an adjustable base with Purple pillows. Delivery is in 4 days and we are really excited to get pain relief among many other life long benefits. We had such a great experience, I recommended Cassidy and Mattress Firm to my dad and he ended up going in to talk with her the next day. Robert from the San Marcos location was absolutely amazing to work with. He went really out of his way to help me, answered all my questions with patience, and was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured, but his great customer service and honesty definitely gave me the confidence to close the deal the same day. I have been shopping for a bed for a long time and it's hard when there are so many brands and styles of beds..the moment I walked in I was greeted and we discussed what I need for a bed to help all my issues with sleeping...Robert was very thorough about the beds and adjustable base...I felt Confident with the Tempur Hybrid and with Robert's help I'm going to sleep well and be Happy...the price was good also with all the 0% financing available.
