Ryan was most helpful today. He helped me pick out a mattress that suited my needs. He asked questions to help narrow down what I was looking for and made several suggestions. He gave me the space and time to test them all out. I was very impressed with his customer service. Several others walked in and he did a great job at being very attentive to us all at the same time. I am happy with my purchase and confident that I selected the right mattress. Thank you.

I was not looking forward to go shop for a mattress. Ryan made the process so easy. He listened to my needs, made suggestions and allowed me to take my time. He told me about my options and there was no pressure about anything during the process. Ryan has a calm demeanor and I was at ease the entire time. Erick walked us through the various choices of mattresses after asking us questions about our usual sleeping positions and finding out if we had specific sleep needs to address. There was no pressure, the follow up questions after our trying different mattresses help us determine what would work best for us….Then Erick gave us private time to discuss all his valuable information. We did make a selection and feel it is the right one for us. We are impressed with and grateful for Erick’s kindness and knowledge in guiding us through the mattress buying process.

First time trying out mattresses and we couldn’t have gotten a more knowledgeable person than Elwin! He showed us all the different styles and technology that come with purchasing a new mattress and a base - who knew there was so much to learn about a bed. It made the decision for my husband and I very easy! 11/10 customer service for Elwin. Whoever his manager is should give him a raise!!!

I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at Mattress Firm. I spent a lot of time researching mattresses and visited the store multiple times before deciding on a bed. I received several written quotes with expiration dates, and I returned before the quote expired ready to purchase the mattress that was quoted to me. Instead of honoring the quote, the manager told me the pricing “was not possible” and even stated that “our quotes mean nothing.” During the purchase process, I was also given paperwork for a completely different mattress than the one I selected. Thankfully, I noticed it before signing. I asked to speak with the district manager and was told I would receive a follow-up, but nobody ever contacted me. What disappointed me the most was not even the pricing issue. Mistakes can happen. It was the lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect toward a customer who came in ready to buy. Because of this experience, we decided to purchase directly from Tempur-Pedic instead, and if you are shopping for a mattress, I would recommend going somewhere else. If you still decide to purchase from them, I would strongly recommend double checking all paperwork carefully before signing anything.
