Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Michael was so pleasant! He helped us pick both our new couch set and bed frame! He showed us where everything is in the store and helped us with our color choice based on our pictures! Was very honest and patient with us answering all our questions. He also didn’t try to just “upsell” like some companies do.. he genuinely cared about making sure we got what we wanted.

Had a great experience by the time my husband and me enter to Bob's. In few seconds Noy the sales associate greeted us at the entrance. I let her know I was looking for seccional sofas. She also let us know of recliner sofas. She was so patient with us . She answered all my questions and was knowledgeable with all seccionals and recliners sofas .We appreciate her kindness, Noy made the experience smooth and enjoyable 😉 😊. We ended buying the recliner sofas 😄 we love it.I definitely recommend Noy for sales.Thank you 😊 Noy for all your help. Noy i am Gladys Caraballo .

Michael was amazing! He had a great introduction and was very welcoming when we entered the store. He listened to the type of furniture that we were looking for, and showed us where to look for the specific furniture that we were looking for. He also showed us all the other areas of the store as well, which was so helpful. He gave us time to look at the furniture and approached us at a perfect time that he knew that we were ready to make the selection. It was clear that he observed us shopping, gave us the space we needed to discuss the different types of furniture, and knew exactly when to approach us for us to ask questions and provide him with our order. He was not pushy at all and did not try to push us into purchasing items that we had no interest in. He listened to our specific needs and made great recommendations! We do intend to purchase additional furniture for our house and we intend to contact Michael to make these purchases! I will highly recommend him to my friends that are looking for furniture as well!

It’s always such a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture in New London, CT. Such a welcoming experience the moment you walk through the door. My salesman Joshua was so knowledgeable, patient, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. A huge shout out to him for making this an easy and smooth process.

my wife and I were looking for new bed. It was greatly surprised and happy with the sales person. His name was Jason. He basically knew everything about what we wanted to purchase. It was a very rewarding experience. Also, we met the manager, which was very nice of her to come over at all. We’re very happy. The sales staff with Bob’s one.
