Sarah was great. Good conversation, knowledgeable, showed us great options. Purchase was fast, seamless and could have had the bed delivered tomorrow! We had two small children with me, we were shopping for my toddler, and they were great with him as well. Bought him a new bed and he’s finally excited for his upgrade! I appreciated the sales person suggesting a mattress protector because it was out of mind and we 1000% need one for our potty training toddler!
View on GoogleMattress Firm Hillsboro is a great place to check out for a really comfy mattress. It's not super cheap, but it's a mattress for life. The salespeople there don't pressure you into buying anything; they just show you different mattresses and explain their benefits. I'd recommend just stopping by and seeing if anything catches your eye.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with this mattress firm, thanks largely to Eric, their sleep expert. He took the time to understand our sleep needs and explained the options clearly without any pressure. His knowledge and genuine care really stood out. The process felt smooth and informative, and we’re confident moving forward with our purchase. We highly recommend this mattress firm, and if you get the chance, ask for Eric—his expertise truly sets the experience apart.
View on GoogleWe had such a smooth experience purchasing our new king pillow top mattress and can’t wait until it arrives! Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable; she really listened to what we were looking for and helped us land on the perfect bed for our budget.
View on GoogleSarah was very knowledgeable, and helped me and my two very picky kids who kept waffling about what their best bed was. She was very patient with them and knew her products. This was the 7th store I had been to, and I can’t stress how much I hate bed shopping. Glad my shopping is done; I would have given up and Amazon’ed a subpar bed again had Sarah not been there.
