I cannot say enough good things about Devin and Monty at Mattress Firm. They helped me purchase an exquisite Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress, and the level of care they showed throughout the entire process was incredible. When it came time to coordinate delivery with my Stickley bed and the mattress order, I was honestly overwhelmed and stressed trying to juggle all the logistics. Devin and Monty stepped in and made everything happen seamlessly. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made such a huge difference for me. I’ve struggled with sleep since I was young, so investing in a mattress was a very personal decision. Months after the purchase, they still made sure I was happy and taken care of. They absolutely did not have to do that, but they genuinely cared. They even helped me out with complimentary box springs, which I deeply appreciated. At the end of the day, these are just terrific people who truly care about their customers. Thanks to them, I genuinely feel like I sleep like a king now. If you’re considering a mattress purchase, I highly recommend working with Devin and Monty.
View on GoogleWe went in for a warranty replacement for our Purple mattress. It went amazingly well! Kat was very easy to work with and our warranty information was in the system, so we picked out our replacement mattress. I am not kidding when I say this was the easiest big ticket item purchase and the easiest warranty replacement we have ever done. I'd give ten stars out of five!
View on GoogleExcellent service amd quality from our salesperson Kat! She was super patient and knowledgeable about everything we asked her. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and sheet set with 2 new pillows! 5 stars for Kat and Mattress Firm! P.S. Thanks for the banana trivia! 😉
