Sleep Number

Worst bed ever. Spent 4k on bed and frame. Got it in 2022. Have had to replace air chambers twice now. Nothing but problems. Still waiting for my second replacement chamber to get here. Have been sleeping on the couch for days now. New one won't be here until the 5th. Absolutely garbage of a bed. Do not buy one. I thought I was getting the best thing since sliced bread. I was wrong. I will be bed shopping for some new and will toss this junk in the trash. I thought about trying to sell it but I don't want someone else to get screwed like me. This is an edit to the comment below. You sell these beds that are junk and you know it. Look at all the other reviews.

Much too expensive for what you get! You buy a super expensive, "fancy" mattress with height adjustable base but don't even get a simple remote to control any of it! You're supposed to boot up your phone in the middle of the night and blind yourself to use their app and destroy your sleep if you want to make an adjustment. The remote is "optional", just as expensive as the bed and unavailable because of whatever excuses. Also, the mattress supposedly adapts to temperature and should cool us down if we get too hot but is not doing any of that! We sweat just as much as on a cheap mattress. The mattress has air pumps that tend to run every now and then while we sleep during the night and then wakes us up. They could be quieter. Not worth the bags of gold coins that we spent on this mattress/base combo! (I typed this review after more than 6 months using this bed and will update as time passes by if I feel I should)

We've had a Sleep Number bed for about 10 years. We just wanted to replace the bed portion (an i10) since the frame and headboard etc are fine. We really just want a new top for it, but you can't just buy that. Evidently these stores are franchised and they don't want to deal with anyone that isn't buying a complete bed set from them. And, if you didn't buy your original bed from this store, they don't want to deal with you at all. So, that makes my decision much easier. We will be replacing the bed, just not with Sleep Number. I mean, it's thousands of dollars I was willing to spend and you didn't want my business? Ok. Bye then.

Great experience. Scott the sales rep was very knowledgeable he made the whole process fun. He got us all the discounts he could find. The other staff members were helpful as well. They worked as a team. He helped us find our sleep number and I could tell the difference immediately. Try the 0 G my wife loves it. We tried several beds until we found the right one. Went to a different brand and the experience wasn't comparable.

We had the best experience in picking out a new bed with John. I’ve been struggling with sleep so we can in and John listened and started showing us options. You could tell he truly cares about his customers. There was no pressure to buy and he truly made this experience so easy. I cannot say enough good things about John.
