The manager, Kat, is fabulous!!!! Bought 2 beds from her nearly 2 years ago. It was such a great experience, that when I needed another bed, I came back hoping she was still there. She is personable, patient, friendly and knows more about beds than anyone in the Chicagoland area. Wasn't at all pushy. Just gave me the information I needed to make a decision. THE BEST!!
View on GoogleEdith provided great service and honored the sale price even though I didn’t call until late in the day on Memorial Day! I was offered alternatives since the product is delayed in delivery. We didn’t take advantage of the offer as it wasn’t necessary but a nice gesture!
View on GoogleEdith and Catherine could not have been more knowledgeable and efficient. They knew the products and helped my fifteen year old son to test out mattresses and answered all his questions. Had left the store and was going to wait but Edith’s sales approach and Catherine’s support were so positive and confident I went back and bought a mattress and some bedding, too.
View on GoogleHad a great experience with Jack at this location. He was super knowledgeable and helped fill in a lot of the gaps of our mattress search. Would highly recommend!
View on GoogleEasy and pleasant experience. Edith was very helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect mattress to fit my detailed requirements and budget. It was a no-stress purchase. Delivered within a couple of days. Delivery guy Amador and his coworker were friendly and polite and careful in our house. Thank you!
