It was great working with JT. He was friendly, personable, helpful, and informative. He answered all our questions and made us feel like he genuinely cared about us making the right choices. We're so excited about our purchase and can't wait until we get our new bed.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at this location! Louis was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Very reasonable $99 white glove delivery that we ended up getting for free because of a cashback deal.
View on GoogleMy sales person Lauren was very knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. She is one of a kind. You don't get that everywhere you go anymore. Lauren is a keeper and deserves a raise. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
View on GoogleI needed a Box Spring that I could no longer find online. I contacted the store in Glen Ellyn and the Gentleman called the location in Lombard for me. When I got there Benjamin was waiting to assist me! I was in and out in a short time. They were able to put my box spring on top of my truck. They tied it down so I can safely get home with it. This was a stress free experience. Thanks for your professional service!! Anna :)
View on GoogleNeeded a bunkie board for my son's bed and the store was out of stock, but thanks to Lauren she was able to get me one the very next day. She was so helpful!
