Horrible experience. (Updated) When purchasing the bed we didn’t know the size we needed, ether Cali King or King. The sales rep said don’t worry if it’s the wrong size we can just exchange it. Fast forward to the delivery day, it was the wrong size. So we told the team just take it back and delivery the right size as we didn’t want to accrue any charges. They said nah don’t worry what we can do is keep this here, and you can just call this # and we can exchange it. Called the number and then got told that all of that was a lie and now we owe an extra 860 dollars to get the exchange. Apparently, they don’t keep accountability for their staff and statement made. Just be careful when you order your stuff and ensure it’s the right size etc. or else they will get more money out of you. Not a great way to treat customers. Just sayin.

I have waited several weeks before I decided to actually leave this review. In November, we were very excited to splurge and get this new bed for several reasons. Sleep apnea, back problems everything… we first met with the salesman, Brandon G, Who is initially very nice on our first two visits there. But it would turn into a completely different story two days after my mattress was delivered. two days later, when my side of the mattress wasn’t working like it should I called the store and they told me to go in there to pick up some part to fix it. When I went into the store, I was informed that I was given the wrong mattress. Not the mattress I ordered. This was all verbally. I left the store because they told me I had to call customer service to deal with the issue. Shortly after I’m texting the store back to find out the model number of the bed. I was actually supposed to get and I got zero response from anybody so I went back to the store where Brandon then got aggressive with me and said he was going to call the cops on me because I was too upset. I was so appalled. By the way I was treated that day. I never once dealt with the mattress that wasn’t really working. Well last night my adjustable base completely quit working. Won’t do anything. I called customer service and after sitting on hold for an hour, somebody comes on the phone and tells me they can’t help me because I do not have information that is underneath the base of the bed and I cannot crawl underneath there to get it. So nobody’s able to help me. I just spent $7000 on a mattress and it was the worst decision of my life. Not only is a bed crap, the customer service between the people in the stores and on the phone is absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience ever. Sleep Number… For the prices you charge you need to do better! I will continue to tell everybody about this experience, and it will be my mission to ruin your reputation after this.
