Mattress Firm Sanford

Credit to Timothy and Alexia for being very patient, helpful and providing us the knowledge to finally pick a new mattress. We cannot wait for it to arrive. I would highly recommend this store as the customer service is exceptional. Update: My first mattress was delivered with a factory defect in the stitching. This mattress was immediately replaced and the second delivery team dropped my mattress out of the back of the big box truck at least 4 or 5 ft onto the pavement. Notified Mattress Firm staff and they are willing to refund delivery fee. Please watch these delivery guys when they come to your home, some are very good and others shouldn’t be handling expensive merchandise. The mattress I purchased was more than I wanted to pay and to watch them drop it like a sack of potatoes was not a good feeling. There should definitely be more respect for someone’s expensive investment and more caution in how it is handled.

I am beyond pleased and satisfied with my experience I had today in making my purchase at this Mattress Firm. Hanna was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had the best recommendations for my needs. I'm so happy she was here to help me find the perfect mattress for both me and my boyfriend while giving out great advice for better sleep quality. It was far easier than I expected to get the mattress I was looking for and with her guidance I'm forever grateful. 5 stars through and through! Thank you so much Hanna!!!

I purchased a replacement mattress set For my primary bedroom and my daughter’s bedroom. My mattress set I replaced was from Mattress Firm and was purchased 20 years ago! My daughter’s mattress was a recent purchase that was ordered through Amazon and it was a major disappointment. The new one from Mattress Firm was what I should have purchased to begin with. The prices were fair, and the service was great! The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable!

Alexia helped me pick out two mattresses for my first apartment! She was very kind, patient, and did a great job at listening to my needs and working with my price point. Wonderful service! :)
