Scottsdale and Mayo location: Josh listened attentively to my spouse’s needs and took the time to show us various bed types. His knowledge and ability to confidently answer all our questions made the experience enjoyable. Although we didn’t initially plan to spend as much as we did, Josh’s friendly demeanor and humor made the expenditure worthwhile. Overall, the Scottsdale and Mayo location provided excellent customer service.

My husband and I knew everything about buying a new mattress, but were we wrong. Sandra from mattress firm gave us so much useful information and knowledge on the latest greatest mattresses, things we would’ve never thought of. I was helped today by Rachel, and she was absolutely pleasant. Helped explain the difference between mattresses, wrote up my assessment, and answered any questions I had—including product demonstration. On a side note: Rachel handled my very VERY rude family member today as well. (Which if you see this Rachel I apologize on their behalf again) She’s great at customer service under pressure, and put in her absolute all to find me a mattress I was happy with! Thank you Rachel!

Sandra was an awesome salesperson! She greeted me with a smile, then asked what I was looking for and then showed me product for me to choose from.
