Terrific experience. Dru was so helpful and really listened to me. I hadn't gone to the store to make a purchase, but to get assistance with my current bed. No high pressure or outlandish claims. It was a wonderful buying experience.

Sandy helped us find the perfect set up for our sleep needs and budget. She honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our mattress and platform. Overall, such a wonderful person and a delightful experience! 100/10. Delivery was super fast too!

Mattress Firm Tramonto was a very pleasant shopping experience. Jobina was very knowledgeable of the products, was never pushy in anyway. And she was super nice! I gave her my budget and we found the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame to fit within that budget. Transaction was smooth, communication on delivery was superb as well as the delivery itself. I would definitely recommend this particular store if you are in the market for bedding necessities.

What I was told the day we bought our mattress from the new sales guy and the manager is now a struggle upon my exchange. They just wanted to sell us and now they are not following through! They took our box springs and now I have to buy new ones? That’s not right! I told them an adjustable base wouldn’t work since we sleep differently and they said we can return it and have no restocking fees! The new mattress is a lower grade and they won’t apply the same discount t. It’s like a used car dealer who is bait and switching you! I need three more mattresses in our house and I hear that Costco is a better option. I am disappointed and hope this gets resolved tomorrow! Honestly and keeping your word go along way.

Christy was amazing and helped us find a great mattress at a great price. She was kind and patient while we debated on what we wanted to purchase. Easy to shop, kind employee, and store had a great selection of mattresses.
