Stopped into the Hästens showroom in New York on a whim and honestly wasn’t prepared for what happened. The team gave me a full tour, walked me through everything with real care and knowledge, and then let me experience the beds firsthand. I’ve never felt anything like it. Whatever you think a great mattress feels like, this is something else entirely. The craftsmanship is real. The difference is real. Worth every minute of your time just to go experience it.

After 12 years, the bed sagged so severely that my wife and I can no longer sleep on it without experiencing back pain. Hastens acknowledged this as a manufacturing defect and claims to have resolved the issue in newer models. Yet instead of honoring the warranty, they offered a 15% discount on a replacement bed priced between 56,000. This is not a solution—it’s an insult. Hasten is an investment in your well-being, one that you will not regret. We are sleeping better than ever! The customer service is unparalleled, and the quality of their bedsheets is superb. Most luxurious sateen, super soft, stays cool even with warm sleepers like my husband, and has the right amount of sheen to it. We have had our 2000T for a few years now and can't imagine sleeping on any other mattress. We recently updated our pillows to the Hastens Firm pillows and our sleep quality never been better.
