Sleep Number

While in the market for our second Sleep Number bed, we visited their store at Bridegeport mall. KC helped us by providing information about their product line and what to consider in a new sleep number bed. She was knowledgeable, friendly and able to help us narrow down the right bed for us. We’ve since ordered a new bed from her and we’re looking forward to receiving it. Though we planned on doing comparison shopping at other mattress stores, KC made the decision to stick with Sleep Number a really easy one. I highly recommend the Bridgeport Sleep Number store and KC in particular.

My mother and I contacted Casey at Sleep Number Tigard, Or via phone probably an hour before closing because trying to order online we kept having issues and she was amazing. She was able to get my mother the mattresses and adjustable base she wanted with the original discount the online order had on it (which the online later tried to apply a lesser discount) and also made us aware of and was able to apply the veteran discount for my father's service to his country. Casey was not only knowledgeable about the product and services but really went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely excellent customer service! I know my husband and I will be back to work with Casey again when we are ready to order a sleep number for our home. Can't wait to receive the new beds and be sleeping better.

Casey made the entire Sleep Number buying experience easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right bed for us. We’ve been sleeping great and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you for all your help!

Superior experience! We purchased a new split king bed from the folks at the Bridgeport store and had an excellent experience. They were knowledgeable and able to answer every one of my questions (and I had a lot). And delivery was fast and painless from a super delivery company on top of it. Thank you for the outstanding service and we love our new bed.

I just purchased a sleep number mattress for the first time at this location and I had a great experience! KC helped me pick out our perfect new mattress. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions! Chris, also helped us when we decided to place our order. They both gave us time to make decisions and were not sales pushy at all. Their customer service is the BEST! I highly recommend this store and working with KC or Chris, they will help you pick out your perfect mattress!
