Denise was quite helpful and friendly walking us through the options and what our total cost would be. Explained the HSA payment and how to transact it. She was also available after we had more questions when we got home and advised us of upcoming sales for added items we might need or want. Great experience!

View on GoogleThe only reason I am putting 2 stars here instead of 1 is because the showroom employees are phenomenal. They are very helpful, nice and accommodating. We were actually delivered the wrong mattress after a 2 month wait, with a damaged stand, and had to wait another month for the right mattress. There's a lot more details that the character count won't let me add, but if you're going to order a mattress from Purple, make sure you can wait up to 3 months for it. And dont expect a phone call from the delivery service to confirm times. Also, make sure you double and triple check that you received the right mattress when it's delivered. We had to deal with all of this and was only offered free sheets at the end. Lots of stress over a $9k mattress.
