Mattress Firm Pineville

I’ve been purchasing mattresses from Brandon and Mike for the past 8 years now. I do not purchase any of my mattresses from anyone else. Even as I have moved to other parts of the country my first call whenever we need beds for our rental properties, personal properties or even recommending a friend my business is strictly done with these two guys. They are simply first class in every aspect of business. I could not and would not recommend anyone else outside of these two gentlemen. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. No need to shop around or check the competition, these guys are pros and they will take care of you every step of the way.

Great experience! Shout out to Mike. He made the whole experience fun and smooth. He was patience with us. He kept it funny and lay back. He didnt push any sales, he was truly interested in really knowing what we needed. We came out of that store very happy with our purchase.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Mike. He was extremely professional, very courteous, and truly customer-centric. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to assist me with everything I needed. Mike was attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a very, very nice guy. I would absolutely recommend visiting this location and asking for Mike—highly recommended!

Would give 0 stars if I could! The employee working the closing shift on Sunday Nov. 16, 2025 was extremely rude to a customer who had walked in after us, making the comment to the customer he was with at the moment “All these people like to come in at close.” MIND YOU, we had been there for 20-25 mins. and he still hadn’t helped us. We left and bought a mattress from Lowe’s instead. And it’s more comfortable than one from a Mattress Firm would’ve been anyway.

I accidentally called Mattress Firm while intending to reach the company where I purchased my last mattress. Brandon answered the phone and kindly informed me of my mix-up. He was so friendly and helpful that I decided to share what I was looking for. Brandon listened attentively, provided thoughtful options that matched our needs, and demonstrated impressive product knowledge. When we met him in person, he was just as warm and accommodating. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness made our decision easy, we purchased our mattresses from him today.
