Mattress Firm Pineville II

We bought mattresses at the Pineville store 12years ago, and are still pleased with them. We upgraded a guest room mattress recently and the sales people were wonderful. They addressed our concerns and we made our purchases. Everything went smoothly and the delivery date was in two days of purchase. You can’t beat that! Great place to buy a mattress.

Stopped in after our ultrasound apt because we were in desperate need of a new mattress. Natalia was there, and by gosh she is FABULOUS!! She gave us great conversation, just let us explore the mattresses with no pressure. We found one we loved, and it was on clearance too which for me is an even bigger plus! She held on to it for us while we ran to Home Depot to grab ratchet straps, and even helped us load it! She’s an overall wonderful associate and incredibly helpful! Definitely a keeper to have!

My boyfriend and I were on the market to buy a new mattress. This was the first and only store we looked at. Mike was our consultant and to say that he was amazing is a complete understatement. He knew what he was talking about, never pointed us in the wrong direction, and truly wanted the best matress for us, that actually fit our needs. Needless to say, we bought a mattress and two pillows and we couldn’t be happier, all thanks to Mike!

We shopped for a king size mattress today not really knowing what kind we wanted. The sales associate (Drew) at Mattress Firm did an outstanding job. He walked us through the different types and helped us choose the right one for us. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Thank you for making our buying experience a good one.

I had excellent service provided by Brandon. He helped me pick out the matrees that best suited my back and side sleeping needs. He gave a wonderful selection to choose from.
