Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

My family and i was in search for a table to match chairs that we purchased from Raymour & Flanigan about year ago. We stopped by the Newington store. On this day they were extremely busy but that was no issue because store manager Ramiro Ruiz hit the floor and immediately took the time to help us. He was kind, knowledgeable of course, professional and very patient. Instead of making us wait he helped us from start to finish. We found the perfect table to match our chairs and he even sold us the center piece that complimented the table to perfection. Overall I’m impressed by Ramiro stepping in being a team player at a busy time. True leadership that leads to excellent morale that equals sales. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan Newington CT.

Chris Wren made shopping Raymore and Flanagan in Newington such a pleasant experience. He gets 10 stars from me, but the rating system only goes to five. We really appreciated how he acknowledged our presence and introduced himself when we entered the store, then he gave us time and space to look around without feeling like we were being followed or pestered. When we were ready with questions, he easily answered and was very knowledgeable about the products and the store processes. It was the perfect combination of attentiveness, but not the old school style of “pushy salesman” that can be unfortunately, too common in the industry. We just moved my 90 year old Father in Law in with us and I wouldn’t let him bring his old tattered Lazy Boy chairs. We took him to your store and he is loving his new lift assist chair!! He said it’s the most comfortable chair he’s ever had! He loves that he has so many options to control, especially the heat option!

My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing our new sofas from Raymour & Flanigan, thanks in large part to Chris Wren in the Newington, CT store. Because of health issues, I was unable to shop in person and was overwhelmed by the many options available online. Before visiting the store, I chatted with Chris via the R&F website to discuss our needs, including seating firmness, durability, and overall comfort. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, providing valuable information and recommendations that allowed us to narrow our search significantly. When we later visited the store, Chris made the process easy and enjoyable. He quickly helped us identify the right sofas without any sales pressure, turning what had been a stressful experience into a positive one. Our sofas were delivered on time, and the delivery team was professional and efficient. We are very pleased with both the product and the outstanding customer service we received.

Color of sofa and recliner are not the same color as the ones in the store. The sales person was amazing. We don’t blame him for the color discrepancy at all.
