Rooms To Go

We visited this location in Nashville due to us staying there while we were looking for our new home in Chattanooga. When we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile by Steve. We explained our situation of needing an entire 2 bedroom apartment of furniture. He stated that we should walk around, have fun and he would find us occasionally to see if we had any questions. Of course we had many questions and he easily and gladly answered all of them. He helped us find items we hadn’t thought of but would need and even helped us find the most comfortable mattresses!! When we informed him at the end of this “shopping extravaganza“ that we wanted to pump the brakes and sleep on it, he agreed that we should! (Usually unheard of in a sales situation!) We came back a couple days later and made numerous changes and additions which he was again, glad to help us make. At no point while we were working with Steve did we feel pressured or overwhelmed by him. He will forever be our “go to guy” at Rooms To Go!

I purchased a sleeper sofa and a sleeper ottoman from the Madison Rooms to go location and paid for protection and delivery through this location. While the delivery company that rooms to go contracted through made the delivery the furniture had multiple issues on it and the delivery company damaged my freshly painted walls going up the stairs in my Brand New House. This happened 4 weeks ago and I still can not get the delivery company or Rooms to go to step up and do what's right. If you are having furniture delivered go somewhere else I highly recommend. Rooms to go passes the blame off on the delivery company and has done 0 to make the damage to my wallet while. My only regret is I have to give them 1 start I wish it could be 0.

Steve helped us pick out a great sofa & loveseat for our bonus room. His customer service was absolutely top-notch! We were greeted, walked to the area we needed to start looking in, and then offered the freedom to browse while he checked in on us all throughout our process. He actually had another family doing the same thing and he did an excellent job of making us all feel seen and taken care of, all of us receiving the same level of excellent customer service with a smile. He was very patient even as we deviated from our original plan of getting a sectional. He is very knowledgeable about the fabrics and the warranty coverage as well. Thank you so much, Steve!

My experience at the Madison location was excellent. Steve was a great help, his cheerful persona & professional knowledge made my decision an easy one. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
