I would like to share my recent experience with Royal Furniture regarding a purchase I made. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I worked with a sales representative, Mr. Ben Fields, who assisted us in purchasing a bedroom set. While I understand that delays or missing pieces can occasionally happen, the issue arose in how the situation was handled afterward. When we reached out to Mr. Fields to inform him that not all pieces of the set were delivered, his response came across as dismissive and lacking concern. Customer service is an important part of any purchasing experience, especially when problems arise. I had hoped for a more attentive and helpful response in resolving the issue. Due to this experience, I have decided not to shop with Royal Furniture again. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve customer service moving forward.

I think it is because I am a woman, when my husband bought furniture, no problem. 2 weeks later, when I went, it was in slow motion out the gate. The bedroom set I bought a month ago is still on the floor. They can't get the parts in, or somebody just don't give a damn... Customer service is a joke, and corporate is just as bad. They don't answer the phone,smh so don't do it. It has been a month, and furniture is still not assembled. Thousands of dollars trash, just like their customer service. They took my money and told me they were going to charge a restock fee if I returned it!!! Take ur money somewhere else. * Pls don't ask me to send an email to customer service, done that joke already..

I ordered a sectional sofa for a new house, but it wound up being too big, so I had to cancel the order and quickly find another one!! Ian took my stress level from a 10 to a 2 when he found me not one, but two alternatives. We got a supreme deal and a lovely sectional that fits perfectly in our space! The delivery team was 10/10, fast, efficient, friendly, funny and very accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful furniture buying experience. We WILL be back!
View on GoogleI shared with the store associate that Rooms To Go had the same exact living room furniture for $1000 cheaper, she advised The Manager. He came to us and advised it was not the same thing, it obviously was. He was rude in his approach and the interaction made us uncomfortable. Rooms to Go has better selections, prices and service! I do not recommend.
