Royal Furniture - Birmingham Hoover

The only good thing I have to say about this place is that Kim has great customer service. After waiting all night for my first delivery, no one showed up, called, or informed me that the delivery would not be made. They initially told me I would receive a refund, refunded the money, then called me back and said I needed to pay it again in order to get my furniture. When the order finally arrived, it was missing pieces. Now I have to wait another week for the missing items to be delivered. Every issue I’ve experienced has been due to mistakes on their end. Communication is terrible—you have to keep calling just to get updates. I know one thing I want all my stuff set up before my house warming party. Save yourself the headache and shop else where. I would not recommend this company

Customer service is terrible. They rush you off the phone. They Don’t care to listen to let you finish what you have to say . My bed came late and when it finally came they were missing pieces which took about another week… They did not change my payments date due to their inconvenience. Few weeks later, not even an entire month after having my canopy bed, it’s breaks. Had to call every day to at least get an answer or a call back. When I do get the chance to talk to somebody they tell me that they are going to fix the problem on a certain day not even knowing exactly what’s the problem, once again due to not being able to explain the full issue or speak with anybody other than the people who sit at that front desk. They get to my house several days later to fix my bed and they still do not have the correct pieces. Manager never available to talk and the person who answer the phone is rude as hell. I purchased this bed a month ago and been having problems this entire month. Worst experience I ever had.

Closed early. I guess they don’t need the business... Doors were locked at least 20 minutes before closing time. I'll shop elsewhere.

Customer service is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. Purchased a bedroom set and upon delivery night stand was forgot at store and box spring was not delivered. Chest was not in stock also. Once chest arrived to store the chest was delivered and dropped damaging the floor in my house and of course the actually chess needed to be replaced. Still waiting for floor and chest to be replaced and fixed when initial purchase happened back before thanksgiving of this year. Will be contacting cooperate for the second time before end of business today.

Very disappointing! Purchased a power recliner during the "President's Day" sale. Told it be in 2-3 days. I called on Day 6..."We Ain't Got it Yet!" I was told. Wow...ok then. Day 13 the salesperson calls "The recliner is OUT OF STOCK, unknown when we will have more, but you can come get the floor model".....I ask is there any discount that will be refunded since that one isn't new? Everybody else that got that chair got a brand new one, in a box, wrapped in plastic, unused. She said "No, I had already purchased it on sale. No more discounts" So I pay the same *new* price for a recliner that probably 30 or so BUTTS have been in, countless times of reclining to see what does, that doesn't mean anything??? "No it does not" she says. Unbelievable... I got my money back. I can only presume at "Royal Furniture" they are the royalty and the customers are mere peasants...at least that's how this experience felt!
