American Mattress

I went to shop for a Matress after seeing the Labor Day sale. Upon arriving I walk in to an employee sleeping. After I look around for a little bit he finally woke up and I felt like I had more help while he was asleep. Let know the difference between two beds and that felt completely different to me. Shawn was nice but I wish I had better service since their price was amazing

Robert at the Lake Zurich store was very helpful in finding me the right mattress and adjustable (head and foot up and down) base. He was friendly, informative and patient. I like that this is a local, family-owned store that has been in business for decades. The only suggestion I have is the beds out for demonstration are tall so a step stool would have made it easier to compare mattresses and bases.

After shopping to a few mattress stores, American Mattress was my last final stop. I finally found the purple mattress I was looking for and thrilled with my purchase! As a combat veteran with 30 years of military service, I love that American Mattress is American made on U.S. soil. The manager was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I am a satisfied customer! I highly recommend American Mattress for your next mattress purchase.

We wanted a new bed and were prepared for a long and not fun experience. Glad we were wrong. George was great with explanations and we selected, ordered and paid for a new bed set. Still kind of in shock driving home that it went so easy and how nice it was to work with George. Well, maybe the delivery will get screwed up? Nope, the delivery was beyond smooth. Guys were friendly, polite, efficient and respectful of the rest of the house. Absolutely a great experience. Thank you American Mattress. Thank you George. I defiantly recommend you stop by the Lake Zurich store if you are looking for a bed.

My wife and I just left American Mattress. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jeremy. Not only was Jeremy a wealth of information he was a true professional and wasn't the least bit pushy. After trying out many different mattresses that Jeremy recommend based on our preferences we were able to complete a purchase in no time at all. We highly recommend speaking with Jeremy at American Mattress! You won't be disappointed!
