Sleep Number

My experience was very professional, informative, and welcoming. I was not pressured and the staff supported me in my purchase decision. We have had the Sleep Number i8 base and mattress for two weeks and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

Welcomed immediately. Bill explained features and answered questions, very knowledgeable. No hard sell, offered many options. I purchased the bed I researched, $550 over my original budget…the 10% devils cut I guess. Looking forward to receiving the bed June 2, 2026.

stopped in and was assisted by Andrew who was also accompanied by a newer employee. The two gave me and my girlfriend an amazing experience after we’ve had some lackluster encounters elsewhere. They made our experience simple, satisfying, and enjoyable.

We shopped at the Sleep Number store in Madison yesterday to purchase our new bed. George helped us and he was phenomenal! He was very professional and personable. He was not pushy (like sometimes salesmen can get). He really wanted to understand our needs and what we were wanting to change about our current bed situation. We got everything we needed and were in and out in about 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Sleep Number enough and will send anyone his way when they are ready to upgrade their sleeping experience!

We liked the feel of the bed and sales person was great. But, service is terrible. Its run nationally and the local stores can't help. We got a damaged bed, they took the old one, and then have to wait on replacement parts instead of a whole new bed. So nothing to sleep on for a week. Local stores can't give a replacement, you have to call service number and talk to a guy for an hour who doesn't have power to do anything. $4000 spent and i'll probably end up returning after the 30 day trial. The won't let me return right away. Bed is probably good but service is negative starts. It's supposed to be a new bed. looks used. Not sure i want to sleep in it. edit No thanks for generic help number to call
