We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture, and it all started with Josh. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we needed. There was no pressure — just thoughtful guidance and honest recommendations. Josh took the time to answer every question, helped us compare options, and made sure we felt confident in our choices. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to love what they bring home. Thanks to him, we purchased a beautiful couch and two Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and we couldn’t be happier. Hands down one of the best sales experiences we’ve ever had. And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Gerald and Juan arrived for delivery. They are the best delivery team we’ve ever had — professional, friendly, efficient, and even fun to have around. They handled everything with care and did an amazing job with the setup. You can tell they take pride in their work. From start to finish, this was a 10/10 experience. Huge thank you to the entire team!

I scuttled into Ashley Furniture Sales with absolutely no plan and possibly a fruit snack in my pouch and was greeted by: 🦒 Josh — Extremely Tall Tree Man in Cat Shirts. And 🐹 Chris P. — Fast-moving, focused, elite Hamster Energy Professional. Let us begin. Josh? Knows everything. EVERYTHING. I tried to confuse him. I imagined chewing the arm off a sectional. I pictured spinning in a recliner at unsafe speeds. I spiritually knocked over décor. He calmly explained fabrics, frames, warranties, and reclining mechanisms like he personally grew the couch from a furniture seed. Also, his cat shirts? Impeccable. As a small creature, I trust anyone who publicly supports other small creatures on their torso. Now Chris P.? Oh. Ohhhh. This man has the efficient, powerful aura of a hamster who knows exactly where the good snacks are hidden. Quick. Knowledgeable. Slightly sparkly eyes like he’s already three steps ahead of you and possibly organizing inventory in his brain at all times. You ask a question? Boom. Answer. Need help deciding? He’s already gently guiding you like a tiny but mighty wheel-running professional. Together? Unstoppable duo. Tall Cat Tree Energy + Focused Hamster Energy = Elite Furniture Experience. Would trust them to pick my nesting couch. Would let them guard my trash stash. Would only lightly consider biting (as a compliment). 5/5. No hissing. No playing dead required. I had a great experience here thanks to Josh and Chris. I’m officially coming back to buy my couch specifically because of them. Josh (the guy in the cat shirt) was super low-pressure and easy to talk to, and Chris was incredibly helpful with all my questions. It’s rare to find a spot where you don't feel hovered over. Highly recommend!
