Bought our sectional, couch and recliner last year...got the warranty...they took forever to answer an email from the warranty place only saying they wouldn't fix what was wrong. We tried again, purchased a table, had it delivered, was told we had 3 days if there were any imperfections, well considering there was a huge hole in the chair box because obviously it had been a return because the screws and bolts, nuts etc were just dumped throughout the box, chair all scraped up...table top scratched...very, very not satisfied. Do not recommend them at all!
