Amin helped me to choose the perfect mattress, with patience and deep knowledge of the products. The people working in the store were all clearly concerned with their customers and that in the end, the sale would be for the mattress that the customer needed or there'd be no sale at all. It was all very impressive. I will never need to shop elsewhere. If you need a mattress, or other related product, this is the place.

Fantastic mattress shopping experience! I got my previous mattress here and knew to come back. We came in not entirely sure of our preferences, and Charlie Hernandez really helped us think through everything. He knew a lot about sleep science, which added a lot of helpful color. Went in for a mattress and ended up with so much more! Charlie greeted us with enthusiasm and knowledge and had us smiling and laughing as he skillfully led us through the forest of options. Charlie was so incredibly helpful! He was extremely patient, detailed, and understanding as he showed me my different options. He put me at ease and made the process smooth and relaxing. Charlie is super professional, and I’d definitely look for him at Mattress Firm again if or when I need to purchase another mattress in the future.

Shoutout to my birthday twin Mei!!!! The best sales lady ever. Really listened to everything I wanted and was so receptive. The opposite of what I thought typical mattress salespeople were like. Didn’t try to shove me towards any mattress in particular and genuinely wanted to find me the best mattress. I’m not shopping anymore else for a mattress but here!
