Rooms to go probably deserves a 4 instead of s 3 on quality of sales people. The selection probably deserves a 4 or 5 stars. I gave it a 3 because the prices here have become outrageous!! I even alrady have a 10k account here with zero balance. The mattresses are ridiculously price & most everything over priced. For the 1st time in a decade I didn't purchase here. Do your homework & shop around!! Of course you can look at my post & see where I did purchase from, lol. I will say financing here is with synchrony bank & they do long term financing with zero interest & thats a big pkus

My wife and I had a very good experience at the Hoover showroom. It was our first time to purchase at Rooms To Go. Our sales person, Ms. Gloria Carter, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased 2 love seats and a recliner. The delivery was excellent. The gentlemen were nice and very professional. They took great care to not damage our home moving the new furniture into place. They willingly helped by moving our old sofa, loveseat and recliner as I am a disabled veteran. They were terrific.. Any problems? Well, yes, but our fault completely. We were not pleased with the features and fit of our new furniture. Ms. Carter worked with us to give us credit, less expenses, and helped with a better grade. Frankly, I thought we had no options but to keep our original new furniture. Great customer service after the sale. In sum, we are very satisfied and pleased with Ms. Carter and the hard working delivery men. Thank you!

Stephanie helped us find the perfect couch today! Super nice and personable! We were not supposed to buy a couch today but we found one we liked so why not Lolol! Thanks so much Stephanie!

Kenny G was a great salesman to deal with! He greeted us when we came in and told us to let him know if we needed anything! Which is perfect for our family as we like to look without having someone stay right there with us. We made the purchase and it was so easy!!! We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our furniture here. Marlin was the most helpful and patient salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend
