I have been sleeping great on OMF mattresses for over 10 years! No pushy salesmen, no gimmicks, no high pressure sales - just great quality products and a straightforward sales process in a clean, neat showroom. Went in recently to upgrade to a larger size, Landon was very knowledgeable and helpful and delivery was on-time, fast, and easy. You won't be disappointed!

Wanted to buy local and waited 7 years to write this review but 3 out of 4 mattresses we originally bought together are unbearable to sleep on after just a couple months Of how they sink in and don't spring back. We did buy their specific box springs at time of purchasing all 3 original mattresses ( 2 fulls and one king) went back thinking it meet all the qualifications for a warranty claim but after 4 years of a run around went back to the store and they talked us into another king full price while we waited. Big mistake, they never warrantied a refunded nothing and now we're 3 years in with this mattress doing the same thing along with my daughters. And we have did everything they said on this one as rotating and or flipping minimum once a month, tried countless mattress toppers. No matter what you try when you get up they'll be an indention that just doesn't meet warranty on either side.

I have loved this company for many years and I am happy to report they are still excellent. Landon was wonderful in helping me find the mattress that I have ordered in the past and helping set up a delivery date. Israel and Levi, the delivery people were polite, friendly and professional, carefully replacing my mattresses. The mattresses themselves are still comfortable and reasonably priced. That you Original Mattress Company for making a quality product!

I got my last mattress and box spring at The Original Mattress Factory in 2003 and I really liked it so I wanted my new one to be from there. I looked at their website and decided what I wanted and when I went to the store the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me. The price for delivery was very reasonable and it was only $10 to pick up my old mattress and box spring. I got them three days after I bought them and the delivery men were very good. This place cuts out the middle man so you get a good deal.
